Joe Williams
Recognizing his active leadership role in healthcare and education projects out of our Boston office, Joe has been promoted to Senior Consultant. He will continue his support of clients to understand their needs and culture, while collaborating with the design team to create comprehensive master plans, visioning programs, and innovative technology system designs.
With over 15 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, Joe is known for his creative solutions to designing and integrating systems into complex spaces. As a project manager, he works with the client and design team to make sure the client’s needs are met while encompassing the design team’s vision. He has the unique experience in equipment fabrication, installation, and technician-level operation, especially in live sound engineering, which aids him in creating systems that are practical, efficient, and effective. He is an advocate for end users and ensures that the technology will support and enhance work processes.

Andrew Rhee
With his ability to analyze workflow processes and implement solutions that increase productivity in a shorter amount of time, Andrew has been promoted to Lead Engineer. Moving into design, engineering, and project management, Andrew will be providing clients and the design team thorough attention on all of his projects.
With experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu, Andrew has applied his deep understanding of building information modeling (BIM) to a variety of education, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects. He leverages his knowledge of detailed and unique families within Revit and use of photographic imaging technologies to create functional models.
Andrew is passionate about advancing the use and integration of technology in building design, and was an early adopter of Revit starting while he was in college. He has also incorporated 360-degree panoramic photography and virtual reality into architectural drawings to create more immersive experiences.
