Since our founding in 2001 by Phil Crompton and Richard Bussell, the world has changed in countless ways, and so have we. When we started, telecom and data rooms were separate spaces, Palm Pilots were cutting-edge, and the iPhone was still a glimmer in Steve Jobs’ eye. But our focus on ensuring technology delivers tangible value to our clients has never wavered.
Five years can change everything. When Vantage marked its 20th anniversary, we did so in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic as technology kept the world from grinding to a complete halt. Today, the pace of change is even faster. Our clients in healthcare and higher education, as well as those in the corporate, governmental, and nonprofit sectors, continue to operate in dynamic environments. We are proud to help them navigate this landscape and better use technology to heal patients, educate tomorrow’s leaders, and take positive steps toward a better future.

We’ve also embraced new ways of working, strengthening our company culture in a digital-first environment and adopting new strategies for effective collaboration across our internal departments. Today our team is stronger and more connected than ever.
