Vantage is excited to announce that we are launching an update to our website today. Since our last website refresh in 2014, the technology and the expectations for how a website should function and look has changed dramatically.
In order to best highlight our thought leadership in the systems design and strategic technology space, it is critical for us to have a website that showcases our capabilities.
Highlights of the New Website
One of the biggest changes in the new website is that we are adopting current website trends which means we are making our site more visual, and adding more and larger images to better highlight our projects and expertise. The new responsive format is better suited for browsing across all types of devices ranging from desktops to tablets and smartphones. We also modernized the site with long scrolling pages and enhanced the search functionality which is available from every page on the website. Finally, we are making our website more secure by adding industry-standard HTTPS encryption.
Here are some additional features:
Homepage – Our homepage serves as the launching pad for accessing any of our content including a summary of our services, our featured projects and blogs, and an overview of our core markets.
Projects – We are using larger and more images to showcase our projects. Many of our project pages have a picture carousel to make it easier to scroll through the key project images. We’ve also added a sidebar to view the summary project information.
Staff – Since our staff pages are some of our most viewed webpages, we made it easier to find the staff page by adding a navigation link in our top menu.
Page Footer – At the bottom of every page, we have expanded the page footer to make it easier to contact us, join our communications list or access quick links to our most popular pages and social media accounts.
Mobile Friendly – Our new website is responsive and adapts to whatever device you’re using to view the site whether you are on a PC, tablet or smartphone.
Filters – Both the Projects page and Blog have been enhanced with easy-to-use filters to help users quickly scan and find content that is relevant to them.
