Tracey is the Office Manager for Vantage’s Boston office and also supports our New York location, bringing over 16 years’ experience to this challenging role. Fueled by her organizational skills, multi-tasking ability and attention to detail, she ensures the day-to-day operation of all three offices. Tracey is skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Peachtree, Sage, Act Pro and Streamline.
Tracey is highly adaptive to change and has worked in a variety of business sectors, the most recent where she co-owned a small business in the gourmet food industry. In this role she wore many hats ranging from administration, production, accounting, product development, sales, trade show planning, vendor outsourcing and recruitment. Accordingly, Tracey understands that planning and anticipation are two key elements to the smooth running of any business.
Tracey has lived and traveled globally, is fluent in French and Dutch and also speaks basic German.
