Tracey brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Human Resource Manager and part of our administrative team. She manages new-hire training, firm processes, HR procedures, and employee engagement. Her organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail make each process run effectively and efficiently. Tracey is skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Peachtree, Sage, Act Pro and Streamline.
Tracey is highly adaptive to change and has worked in a variety of business sectors, the most recent where she co-owned a small business in the gourmet food industry. In this role she wore many hats ranging from administration, production, accounting, product development, sales, trade show planning, vendor outsourcing, and recruitment. Accordingly, Tracey understands that planning and anticipation are two key elements to the smooth running of any business.
Tracey has lived and traveled globally, is fluent in French and Dutch and also speaks basic German.
