Vantage Technology Consulting Group is excited to announce that Sarah Norwood has joined our firm as a Strategic Analyst. Sarah has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare and technology, with strong expertise in project management and process improvement. Sarah is an enthusiastic team player helping projects meet and exceed stakeholder objectives.

Most recently, Sarah was a Marketing Technology Project Coordinator at CooperVision. Prior to that Sarah worked as Senior Business Process Analyst at Kaiser Permanente and an Investment Analyst with NuFund Venture Group. Sarah also brings extensive experience from past roles in health plan operations, internal controls over financial reporting (Sarbanes-Oxley or SOX), and IT security controls.
Sarah is actively involved in the San Diego Organization of Healthcare Leaders (SOHL), a local chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). After recently serving as a board member and co-treasurer, she is continuing to volunteer as co-chair of SOHL’s mentorship committee. Sarah graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Sarah also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Healthcare Management and Policy from San Diego State University. Sarah recently received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and is a member of the PMI San Diego Chapter.
