Alexis is a leader in our technology vision and innovation practice, understanding the need to plan, prioritize, and design healthcare and education systems that support learning and increase collaboration opportunities. She understands the need to integrate flexible technology as it continues to improve communication. She is an advocate for planning and designing technology systems that are efficient, effective, and will benefit the learning experience. Alexis has over ten years of experience with similar OSHPD facilities in California. Alexis’ experience with different project delivery methods, including Integrated Project Delivery, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build, coupled with her training with the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), ensures that best practices and recommendations are followed on her projects and lead to successful project outcomes.
Alexis is excited to be part of the ongoing and constantly evolving merger between architecture and technology. As technology continues to improve communication, workflow efficiencies and the environment around us, the need and desire to integrate technology into architecture becomes even more persuasive. Alexis strives to identify opportunities to encourage and extend this combination of the building form and the technology it houses on all her projects.
Alexis holds a bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California, is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and is a DBIA candidate.
