Saint John's Health Center Replacement Project
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Client: Saint John’s Health Center
Architect: Saint John’s Associated Architects
Saint John’s Health Center, located in Santa Monica, underwent the phased replacement of its 450,000 square foot Health Center. Completed in 2005, the Campus includes a number of buildings, including the existing Health Center, a new Inpatient Building, a planned Diagnostic and Treatment Building and underground parking structure and a series of existing Medical and Office Buildings clustered around Santa Monica Blvd and 22nd Street. Vantage worked with Saint John’s to develop the next generation of integrated technology systems that will improve the environment for patients and staff and support the rollout of new clinical and information technology systems while reducing costs and operational inefficiencies.
This project was funded, in part, by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), as a result of the Northridge Earthquake of 1994.
