Producing a Strategy for Convergent Technologies for a 1200-Resident Long-Term Healthcare Facility

Laguna Honda Hospital is a long-term care facility providing care and a home to 1200 residents. The Replacement Hospital Project includes three new Resident Towers (each housing 400 residents), a Link Building that includes public and common areas and some clinical spaces and the renovation of the existing Hospital for administrative functions. Vantage worked with Laguna Honda to produce a Strategy for Convergent Technologies at the Hospital and is now finalizing the design of the information technology systems for the facility.
