Ensuring that the design for the New Pavilion
Patient Tower can accommodate the future technology plans
Cooper University Hospital is an academic
medical center committed to excellence in education, research,
and the delivery of the highest quality clinical services
that leads to superior customer satisfaction and a healthier
community. As a part of this mission, Cooper is currently
in the process of a major renovation of its main healthcare
campus facilities with a substantial new construction project,
the New Pavilion Patient Tower that will significantly expand
the scope of medical services it provides to the greater New
Jersey area.
The new Pavilion will house Med / Surg
and ICU Patient Rooms, 12 Integrated Operating Rooms for Cooper's
Centers of Excellence, Laboratory, Cardiology Labs, and Dietary
spaces and an expanded ER and TICU area. A new entrance foyer
welcomes patients and visitors and improves pedestrian traffic
flow into the Hospital. Vantage is working with Cooper University
Hospital as the Owner's Representative to the construction
design team to ensure that the current design can accommodate
the future technologies planned for the Hospital.
