Optimizing a Multi-National Law Firm’s Communications Resources Across Multiple Offices

When the multi-national law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker decided to simultaneously move to new office space in three of its largest US locations, they recognized the opportunity these projects presented to develop new tools that would help them communicate more effectively between offices and with their clients. The firm commissioned Vantage to develop a comprehensive set of audiovisual standards that could be used as a basis for current and future office design projects. Vantage then worked with the architectural teams commissioned by PHJW to design new offices in New York (DMJM Rottet, Houston), San Francisco (Gensler, San Francisco), and Los Angeles (DMJM Rottet, Los Angeles). Comprehensive standards and their consistent execution throughout the organization have introduced new and effective communications tools while enabling more efficient procurement, technical support, and interoperability.
